"Nope. Nothing is faster than the speed of light. Light is the fastest thing possible."
"But what if you shot a lightbulb out of a gun?"

Ah, special relativity to a really young kid. Lots of fun, unintuitive stuff in there to get him questioning your intelligence. :)
